Evaluation of Cooperative Intelligent Transportation System scenarios for resilience in transportation using type-2 neutrosophic fuzzy VIKOR

There is a critical need for research in proactive and predictive management of the resilience transportation systems implementing new technologies. Cooperative Intelligent Transportation System (C-ITS) uses wireless technology to allow vehicles infrastructure talk each other real-time. This makes it easier people work together on road possible make safer more efficient traffic flows. Significant progress may be made industry as result incorporation self-powered sensors into C-ITS providing operation. One advantageous feature that these sensors, which generate their power, could deployed variety implementation scenarios. To assist decision-makers making most informed choice concerning investments implementations, type-2 neutrosophic number (T2NN) based VIKOR (VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje) method used perform advantage prioritization. accomplish this goal, case study carried out determine three alternatives suitable set twelve criteria divided four aspects. According findings, applicability short-term benefits are crucial factors determining option use C-ITS. because both have an immediate impact system.
